Job summary

Prudential in Singapore is seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. You will drive AI-enabled capabilities, oversee UAT, and collaborate across Business and Technology teams to deliver concise product features, adoption, and operationalization.

You’ll champion user-led design, engage distributors in the process and ensure governance, risk management, and data-driven decision making guide delivery and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project governance, execution and risk management; able to deliver excellence in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience in user research and feedback integration.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, with the ability to identify practical business use cases and translate them into solution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of next-generation digital distribution and AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, automation and data-driven solutions to enhance distributor journeys and streamline processes.
• Champion user-led design by engaging distributors throughout the design process to ensure solutions meet user, customer and business needs.
• Define end-to-end business processes and journeys, articulate business value, and translate opportunities into use cases and prioritized features.
• Drive digital and AI initiatives from proof-of-concept through implementation and operationalization, including feasibility assessment and governance.
