Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to translate business needs into AI-enabled digital solutions. You will drive product development across Business and Technology, oversee UAT and quality assurance, and ensure governance and risk controls throughout the lifecycle.

You will identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI and data to improve distributor journeys and operationalize new platforms. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and risk management in agile settings.
• Strong user-centered design and feedback integration skills.
• Data-driven decision making with complex requirements.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and practical use cases.
• Familiarity with AI solution development lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of digital distribution and AI capabilities to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data-driven solutions.
• Champion user-led design with distributors across design processes.
• Define end-to-end processes, articulate value, and translate into features.
• Lead proof-of-concept to deployment, including testing and governance.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners and engineers to prioritize backlog.
• Oversee UAT, sign-off and post-production verification for AI features.
• Plan and coordinate UAT with Business SMEs for testing and sign-off.
• Coordinate governance, risk controls and human oversight across lifecycle.
• Support adoption, training and stakeholder engagement for launches.
• Monitor delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and drive improvements.
• Manage ongoing BAU operations, incident handling and maintenance.
• Assess adoption and user experience to prioritize enhancements.
