Qualifications

• 5–8 years in overseeing or supporting digital platforms and transformation projects in financial/insurance sectors.
• Experience navigating large, complex organisations with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of next-generation digital distribution and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, automation and data-driven solutions.
• Champion user-centered design by engaging distributors throughout the design process.
• Define end-to-end business processes and translate opportunities into use cases and features.
• Oversee solution quality through UAT, sign-off and post-production verification.
• Plan and coordinate UAT with relevant Business SMEs for testing and sign-off.
