Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Sustainability, or related field.
• 5–7 years in transformation, consulting, business improvement, digital transformation, analytics, or project delivery.
• Experience translating business needs into digital/AI solutions with cross-functional delivery teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify pain points and use cases for AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions.
• Translate problems into practical AI and digital solutions with user needs and data inputs.
• Prototype prototypes, dashboards, and low-code solutions and guide deployment.
• Engage stakeholders and manage change during rollout and adoption.
• Define success metrics and monitor value realization post‑deployment.
