Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer to join our rapid response and reliability efforts. You will own high-severity incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and implement fixes across edge, network, DNS, and application layers in partnership with Product Engineering and Customer Support.

You will focus on proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and tooling to reduce toil and outages while maintaining clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on site reliability or escalation experience preferred.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience with incident management and postmortems.
• Familiarity with observability tooling and dashboards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead rapid incident response and root-cause analysis for high-severity issues.
• Reproduce defects, isolate root causes, and verify fixes across the stack (edge, network, DNS, APIs).
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Customer Support to shorten incident lifecycles.
• Develop and improve monitoring, diagnostics, and automation to prevent outages.
