Job summary

Nicoll Curtin seeks a creative producer blending video production with AI. The role covers content creation and helping refine tools for AI-assisted content, on a 3-month Singapore contract with potential extension.

You will build branded content from briefs to final edits and adapt campaigns for multiple platforms, while ensuring brand and legal guidelines are met. You will test AI models, provide actionable feedback to product teams, and grow templates and workflows for content production.

Qualifications

• Create video ads and branded content from brief to final version.
• Develop content for social media, CTV, gaming, short-form drama and brand campaigns.
• Turn campaign goals and key messages into clear creative ideas and videos.
• Use AI tools for video, images, voice and music, together with editing, motion graphics or live-action when needed.
• Adapt videos for different platforms, formats and audiences.
• Create different versions of ads to test hooks, openings, CTAs and formats.
• Review AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, brand fit and overall appeal.
• Spot issues such as visual errors, inconsistent products, unnatural movement, poor lip sync or incorrect text.
• Test different AI models and workflows and share clear feedback with product and engineering teams.
• Help create better prompts, templates and ways of working for content production.
• Make sure content follows brand, legal, platform and AI disclosure requirements.

This role combines video production with AI, with part of your time spent creating content and part spent helping improve the tools used to create it.

What we are looking for

• Experience creating commercial ads or branded content for real brands, products or clients.
• A portfolio showing AI-assisted video work from brief through final edit.
• Experience with both brand advertising and ads focused on driving results.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, images, voice, music and editing.
• Good understanding of short-form and digital advertising, including vertical and creator-led content.
• Strong eye for visual quality, brand consistency and product accuracy.
• Able to review AI-generated content and give clear, useful feedback.
• Comfortable working quickly and handling multiple versions and feedback rounds.

Good-to-have's

• Experience in performance marketing, gaming, short-form drama, e-commerce, retail or APAC markets is a plus.
• Experience working with product or engineering teams is a plus.
• Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus - you will need to speak with local stakeholders in Korea, Japan and Taiwan
