Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Video Content Creator for a 3‑month extendable contract. You will turn briefs into scripts, storyboards and finished ads across 6‑second bumpers to 60‑second spots, including brand films and social content.

You'll craft native versions for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, pre‑roll and TV/CTV, ensuring brand alignment, correct pacing and captions, while evaluating output for quality and effectiveness against objectives.

Qualifications

Storytelling instinct and pacing for ads across formats.
Ability to evaluate generated scenes for realism and consistency.
Experience with brand advertising and performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

Convert briefs into scripts, storyboards and finished ads across formats.
Ensure brand guidelines, legal compliance and platform policies are respected.
Create native versions for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, pre-roll and TV/CTV.
Build and test variants for A/B testing to optimize performance.
Document issues and propose features to improve production workflow.
Define what constitutes 'good enough' for AI-generated content and evaluate results.
