re-zoo-me is building a next-generation digital banking platform with AI-powered capabilities deployed to real customers. You will be a hands-on backend engineer shaping production-grade systems in a nimble squad.

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of professional software development experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
Strong backend production experience with Java and Spring Boot, writing well-designed, testable code.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native tech, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Implement agentic AI workflows and orchestration logic.
Build Java services and tools (APIs, integrations, state management, error handling) for AI interactions with banking systems.
Connect AI agent to core banking, payments, identity, and customer systems.
Turn approved concepts into production systems for digital banking capabilities and customer acquisition.
Ensure security, resilience, audit, and regulatory requirements are met.
