Singtel is seeking an AI Portfolio Management & Commercialization Lead to own the integrated AI portfolio across strategy, investment, delivery and value realization. You will convert complex information into clear executive narratives and support senior leadership with decision-ready insights.

The role requires 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, or enterprise transformation, with strong cross-functional leadership and a track record in commercialization.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, transformation or portfolio leadership.
• Proven ability to convert complex data into executive-ready insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication for C-suite audiences.
• Experience in commercialization, partnerships or go-to-market initiatives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated management of Singtel’s AI portfolio across strategy, investment, delivery and value realization.
• Drive portfolio prioritisation, sequencing, governance and resource alignment.
• Translate portfolio performance, technology developments and risks into concise executive narratives.
• Develop executive read-outs, investment papers and decision materials for leadership forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, data, finance, legal and risk.
