Job summary

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience preparing reports or presentations for senior leadership.
• Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and refresh GovTech's AI strategy and priorities.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles across the AI portfolio.
• Monitor progress against objectives and identify where intervention is needed.
• Support leadership in tracking execution and improving outcomes.
• Portfolio Management & Strategic Insights: Maintain a strategic view of AI programmes and initiatives.
• Build dashboards, metrics and reporting for visibility into progress.
• Analyze adoption trends and implementation challenges across AI.
• Identify cross‑cutting themes and inform leadership discussions.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and resource planning with evidence-based recommendations.
• Executive Decision Support: Prepare reports, presentations and papers for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain KPI and OKR reporting.
• Synthesize information into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Support leadership in planning and decision‑making.
• Office Planning & Effectiveness: Improve planning, reporting and portfolio management processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and align multiple teams.
• Support leadership engagements and planning workshops.
