Job summary

Smart Towkay Ventures Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer to lead AI capability development across fintech platforms.

The role blends AI engineering, data processing and full-stack development to build intelligent systems for extracting, classifying and analysing financial data, identifying credit and fraud indicators, and automating financing workflows. You will integrate AI capabilities securely into borrower, lender and internal operations platforms,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant software/AI engineering experience.
• Experience deploying AI or ML capabilities into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data-processing libraries.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend development.
• Experience with SQL and data modelling.
• Familiarity with OCR and document extraction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases across financing workflows.
• Build AI-assisted tools to review financial documents.
• Develop systems to extract and classify financial data.
• Create AI lender-matching and risk-assessment models.
• Integrate AI features securely into borrower and lender platforms.
• Ensure AI outputs are explainable and auditable.
• Monitor AI performance and production costs.
• Establish human-in-the-loop review for high-impact recommendations.
