Job summary

Amplify Health is hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using major foundation models and enterprise AI services. You will build RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agents to deliver scalable and secure AI workflows across business domains.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams, focusing on governance, data privacy, and production-grade deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the education section.
• Extensive experience with enterprise AI platforms and AI services.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Strong Python development and cloud-native application skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using major foundation models.
• Build RAG solutions with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Develop AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation.
• Engineer prompts, evaluation frameworks, and orchestration pipelines.
• Create APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Develop document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence and OCR.
• Extract, classify, validate, and transform data from documents.
• Integrate AI services (speech, vision, translation) into apps.
• Design data pipelines for AI training, retrieval, and analytics.
• Ensure data quality and model outputs with validation frameworks.
• Design scalable AI architectures on Azure and multi-cloud.
• Implement AI security, governance, and privacy controls.
• Monitor performance, cost, latency; optimize and mitigate hallucinations.
• Build MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, observability pipelines.
• Establish lifecycle best practices for AI solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership on AI strategy and tooling.
• Conduct POCs, pilots, and production implementations.
• Stay updated with GenAI trends and industry developments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related field
