Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement GenAI solutions that enhance enterprise applications and business processes in Singapore. You will integrate LLMs, build intelligent automation, and enable AI-driven capabilities across platforms.

Responsibilities include designing GenAI-based solutions, API integration, prompt engineering, and ensuring scalability and reliability of AI components while collaborating with business and technical teams to define AI requirements.

Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that enhance enterprise applications and business processes. The role focuses on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), building intelligent automation, and enabling AI-driven capabilities across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI-based solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases
• Integrate AI services with existing applications and platforms via APIs
• Develop prompt engineering workflows to improve model accuracy and relevance
• Build AI-powered automation, assistants, and intelligent workflows
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define AI requirements
• Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI solutions
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI components

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Generative AI / LLM-based application development
• Strong programming experience in any modern language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services
• Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Experience working with data processing and transformation
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts
• Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Understanding of AI deployment concepts and containerization (Docker)
• Exposure to enterprise AI or chatbot development
