Job summary

Almr Business Consulting Group seeks a Software Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions for real-world business needs. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from PoC to production, applying Agentic AI, ML and cloud-based data platforms.

The role requires hands-on Python development, strong data-driven mindset and experience with AI agents, APIs and scalable architectures. Collaboration with business and technology teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions in practical applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, AI agents, skills, harnesses and MCPs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based data services.
• Familiarity with containerisation, orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI, ML and analytics solutions to address business requirements.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications and agents using Agentic AI frameworks and related technologies.
• Take AI solutions from proof of concept through development, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop integrations between AI applications, APIs, databases, enterprise systems and business workflows.
• Contribute to frontend and backend applications with sound software engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cloud/tech teams on architecture and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop reusable components, tools and automation to improve development efficiency.
• Conduct functional, integration and performance testing to ensure quality and scalability.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work in Agile delivery methodologies across planning, development, testing, deployment.
