Leverage 5+ years in IT operations with hands-on Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, and Copilot expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, managed services, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Security and Copilot.
• Proven leadership with experience managing teams and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for AI and ongoing learning in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical operations and project delivery teams.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and process improvements.
• Oversee implementations of M365, Azure, Security, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coach engineers to build a high-performing, skilled team.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical operations and project delivery teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and innovation
• Oversee implementation of Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot, and AI solutions to meet client requirements
• Ensure service excellence by monitoring SLA compliance and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
• Coach and develop engineers and consultants to build a high-performing, skilled team
• Support customer engagements by resolving technical escalations and conducting service reviews to improve outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in IT operations, managed services, cloud computing, or cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Security, and Copilot technologies
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering projects successfully
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively and resolve issues
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI technologies and related fields

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Microsoft certifications related to cloud, security, or AI solutions are advantageous
