Job summary

VGC Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and support AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud technologies. You will collaborate with customers and teams to deliver innovative AI projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The role focuses on implementing AI applications, leading POCs, and driving automation and data analytics across Microsoft platforms, with hands-on scripting and system integration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, or related fields
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud platforms and technologies including Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or SQL
• Understanding of APIs, automation, and system integration concepts
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Cloud Computing principles
• Willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, AZ-900, DP-600/DP-700, MS-900, and PL-900

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support AI and cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies to meet customer needs
• Develop and deploy AI applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and related platforms
• Lead and participate in POCs, customer demonstrations, and project implementations to validate AI solutions
• Support AI automation, data analytics, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Apply prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices in solution development
• Create basic scripts, automation tools, and system integrations using Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or SQL
• Prepare clear technical documentation, solution guides, and project reports to support knowledge sharing and project tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and ongoing support to ensure solution reliability
• Stay current with Microsoft AI technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solution quality
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to achieve successful project outcomes
