Job summary

Palo IT is seeking an AI-native Technical Lead to direct technical direction and drive delivery excellence for engineering teams. You will embed AI/GenAI into development practices and lead a team of engineers across frontend and backend technologies.

As a key technical authority, you will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with clients to design scalable, secure solutions while advancing Gen-E2 methodologies and responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience including recent team management.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep full-stack expertise with frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with scalable, secure applications and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and roadmap for engineering projects.
• Provide full-stack expertise and establish best practices on code quality and performance.
• Shepherd technical decision-making and provide thought-leadership.
• Provide architecture-level and code-level feedback for the team.
• Build confidence in delivery through automated testing, CI, monitoring and analytics.
• Lead and mentor engineers, manage performance and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and sales to shape proposals and technical responses.
