Job summary

Palo IT Singapore is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who are AI-Native by default and act as technical authorities for their teams and projects. You will own the technical direction and project execution for engineering teams while embedding AI and GenAI into daily workflows.

You will lead a team of engineers, provide full-stack expertise, collaborate with clients, and drive quality with Palo IT's Gen-E2 methodology to deliver impact responsibly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep full-stack expertise; ReactJS frontend; NodeJS/Java/Python backend.
• Experience building scalable, secure applications.
• Experience with solution architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality code.
• Define technical direction and drive delivery ownership.
• Collaborate with clients and sales to shape proposals.
