Job summary

Palo-IT Singapore is hiring an AI-Native Engineer (Software) to design, build, and deliver production‑grade applications using AI‑first workflows. You will work with frontend and backend stacks (ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, Python) and apply Gen‑E2 methods to accelerate delivery across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

You will collaborate with product teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, validate GenAI outputs, and mentor fellow engineers in prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development.
• Frontend (ReactJS) and backend (NodeJS/Java) expertise.
• Experience with testing frameworks and code quality practices.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and secure applications with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and performance optimisation.
