Job summary

Palo IT Singapore is a global technology consultancy that champions AI-first engineering to accelerate digital product delivery. As a Technical Lead (AI-Native), you will own the technical direction, lead a team of engineers, and embed Gen-E2 practices to ensure responsible AI adoption while delivering production-grade applications.

You will mentor engineers, define best practices, collaborate with clients and business stakeholders, and help shape proposals and technical responses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep technological expertise in full-stack development; ReactJS for frontend and NodeJS/Java/Python for backend.
• Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns.
• Experience using AI tools in daily engineering work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and roadmap for engineering projects.
• Provide full-stack expertise and establish best practices on code quality and performance.
• Shepherd technical decision-making and provide thought-leadership.
• Provide architecture-level and code-level feedback for the engineering team.
• Build confidence in delivery through automated testing, CI, monitoring, and analytics.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design solutions and lead implementation.
