Qualifications

• Background or fast learning ability in emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Experience in tech industry or public sector development is advantageous.
• Ability to foster collaborations across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and capability to translate issues into programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead upskilling efforts in AI for the tech workforce in Singapore.
• Set CET strategy, conduct research, conceptualise programmes and KPIs.
• Oversee operations: marketing, communications, monitoring, audits and reporting.
• Manage budgets, resources, partner networks, and digital systems development.
