Job summary

Temus is seeking a Programme Manager to lead AI enablement initiatives in Singapore, building AI literacy across client ecosystems. You will design curricula, run workshops, and foster communities of practice with business stakeholders.

You will coordinate adoption efforts, craft change narratives, and work with partners to deliver capabilities. The role emphasizes data-driven impact assessment and ongoing governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in programme management or learning & development.
• Strong ability to contextualise AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI enablement programmes including workshops, bootcamps, and communities of practice.
• Coordinate adoption efforts, engage staff, and craft change narratives.
• Support partnerships with ecosystem players and track capability OKRs/KPIs.
• Maintain data dashboards and generate updates for leadership on impact.
