Job summary

GovTech Singapore invites a talent solution architect to lead AI fluency training under TeSA, coordinating with professional bodies, government agencies, industry partners and training providers. You will strategise, research, design programmes, set KPIs, and lead a team reporting to the Deputy Director to drive CET strategy and Singapore's National AI Impact Programme.

The role includes governance, budget planning, data analysis, and building digital systems as product owner to deliver

Qualifications

• Background or fast-learning ability in emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Experience in the tech industry or a public sector organisation in industry development and manpower policy & planning.
• Experience in building and leading teams for complex, large-scale programmes.
• Ability to foster collaborations across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to masterplan, connect dots and translate issues into tangible programmes.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated with result-orientation; effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI upskilling for the tech workforce in Singapore; strategy, research, and programme conception.
• Lead a team to set CET strategy, conduct research with industry and training partners.
• Conceive programmes and set KPIs contributing to the National AI Impact Programme.
• Oversee implementation, marketing and comms, impact monitoring and reporting.
• Identify quality partners and plan training with companies/IHLs/training providers.
• Manage IMDA project approvals, project implementation, trainee and partner accounts, and CET website.
• Drive CET budget requests and manage resources at programme level.
• Plan and conduct regular officer training with IMDA Academy where applicable.
• Collect and visualise programme data, build dashboards and perform regular data audits.
• Build and maintain digital systems as product owner, where applicable.
