Responsibilities

• Apply an AI-first approach to software engineering and leverage AI tools across design, development, testing, and operations.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Rapidly build POCs and prototypes to validate use cases and demonstrate ROI.
• Modernise and refactor legacy applications, platforms, and data workflows.
• Develop and maintain applications and automation solutions primarily using Java and Python.
• Support critical platforms through incident investigation and continuous improvement.
