Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering/program management or related roles supporting complex technical organizations.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, research, evaluation, or data-focused engineering teams.
• Proven ability to develop technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, roadmap development, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, research, product, and operations to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Translate business, technical, and operational objectives into clear plans, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, identifying risks and blockers and resolving them proactively.
• Drive prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives while balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Coordinate the delivery and launch of new capabilities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders and supporting teams.
• Support expansion of products, services, and programs across global markets, regions, and customer segments.
• Establish scalable processes and operating rhythms to improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Monitor program health through reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to keep objectives and timelines aligned.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management for complex challenges.
