Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile engineer to bridge business needs and technology. You will partner with business users to understand requirements, perform independent research on processes and data, and help design AI-powered solutions using Claude Design and other tools for business sign-off.

Collaborating with development teams to implement and operationalize solutions, you will also engage senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial and capital markets domains.
• End-to-end software development experience.
• Proficiency with Agentic AI tools and related design methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand requirements and define problem statements.
• Conduct independent research and discovery on business processes, data, and systems.
• Design, develop, and demonstrate AI-powered solutions using Claude Design and other AI tools to obtain business sign-off.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and operationalize solutions.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations, driving discussions, and supporting decision-making with clear, data-backed insights.
