Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or AI-related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to maximize development efficiency.
• Translate requirements into implementations with minimal handoff between frontend and backend.
• Mentor peers and champion full stack practices to scale AI-augmented development.
• Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
