Job summary

3forge is building the next generation of application infrastructure for financial services in Singapore. We seek a Solutions Engineer to bridge software, data, and client delivery, building and deploying real-world financial applications with AI-enabled workflows.

You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to diagnose issues, implement scalable solutions, and contribute to reusable patterns across the platform in a hands-on engineering role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and diagnose log files and interpret stack traces.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to ownership of work.
• Interest in working directly with clients and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build technical solutions for real-world financial use cases.
• Integrate applications with client data sources and existing technology environments.
• Diagnose application and performance issues using logs and debugging tools.
• Test, deploy, and maintain applications across environments.
• Contribute to AI-enabled and data-driven workflows as the technology evolves.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Document operational requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and client teams to deliver projects.
