Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking an Engagement & Content Strategy Manager (AI) to lead content strategy and partnerships for HDB’s AI initiatives, building a data culture across the organization. You will coordinate analytics, marketing, communications and community activities to drive AI adoption and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Visual Communications, Communications Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in content strategy, engagement management, and/or change management is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, with a portfolio of work that shows clear thinking about audience, purpose, and impact.
• Proven track record in executing and delivering results in a structured, organized manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, analytics platforms, and social media.
• An eye for design and proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data science, artificial intelligence, and/or data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a content strategy that supports building a data and analytics culture across HDB.
• Define and maintain the content calendar, mapping themes to milestones and objectives.
• Conduct audience research to inform content direction and resonance.
• Establish content standards and editorial voice across channels.
• Measure content performance using engagement metrics and iterate the strategy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply learnings to the community's content approach.
• Identify and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive AI adoption.
• Collaborate with business units to co-create AI initiatives.
• Source use cases through community engagements and partnerships.
• Co-develop programmes and events that build AI awareness.
• Plan, organize, and run events, hackathons, and seminars to level up data & AI competencies.
• Engage audiences via varied publicity strategies and collaboration tools.
• Source speakers from the public sector and industry for meetups and events.
• Create marketing and promotional materials and manage the community portal.
