Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Content Strategist in Singapore to shape and deliver content that guides customers through decision-making. You will own the content calendar, conduct audience research, and collaborate with internal teams to drive data & AI adoption and engagement across programs.

The role emphasizes strategic planning with hands-on content creation, a strong emphasis on audience focus, and the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives within a dynamic, hybrid-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related).
• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, engagement management, and/or change management preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies with clear audience-focused impact.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder events (hackathons, conferences, or large programmes).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a content strategy that supports data & AI literacy and awareness.
• Define and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, objectives, and milestones.
• Conduct audience research to tailor content to varying levels of data & AI familiarity.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful content across channels.
