Job summary

Google LLC in Singapore is seeking an AI Technical Enablement Lead for Forward Deployed Engineering to design, execute, and scale a comprehensive onboarding program across JAPAC. You will act as the operational anchor for new talent, ensuring deep product expertise and strong customer engagement.

Additionally, you will crowdsource SMEs globally, keep curriculums up-to-date, and collaborate with DeepMind and Vertex AI teams to elevate field readiness and drive long-term customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development using Python or similar coding languages.
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical enablement programs based off Forward Deployed Engineer and Cloud AI CE requirements.
• Map persona-based views of technical GTM field enablement needs and develop curriculum for in-person and e-learning assets.
• Design, build and execute structured AI product deep technical training and enablement programs and materials for priority AI initiatives.
• Integrate with technical sales teams and advise technical AI leadership.
