This role requires a business-oriented problem solver who can independently understand operational workflows, identify practical AI and digital opportunities, prototype low-code/no-code solutions, and drive implementation through testing, rollout and adoption. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to translate business processes into workable solutions with minimal supervision.
Work with business teams to identify pain points, inefficiencies, decision gaps, manual workarounds, and operational bottlenecks that could be addressed through AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions.
Frame and prioritise use cases clearly, including the underlying need, users affected, current workflow, expected improvement, feasibility, data availability, adoption readiness, and potential business value.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to validate use cases, test assumptions, and distinguish real business constraints from symptoms.
Translate business problems into practical AI and digital use cases, including user needs, process flows, data inputs, solution requirements, and success measures.
Develop concise solution briefs, user stories, requirements documents, process maps, and simple business cases to guide development and implementation.
Act as the bridge between business users, Digital/IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders, challenging solutions from a business-value, usability, governance, and adoption perspective.
Conduct of AI/Digital workshops to improve AI and digital literacy rate of BUs.
Drive AI-enabled and digital initiatives from concept through hands-on prototype, MVP, user testing, UAT, deployment, adoption, and post-launch refinement.
Build, configure, or support simple prototypes, workflow automations, dashboards, AI agents, or low-code/no-code solutions using approved enterprise platforms where appropriate.
Coordinate solution design, development activities, stakeholder feedback, testing cycles, rollout planning, dependencies, and enterprise alignment.
Support training, communication, documentation, and user adoption activities to embed new tools and ways of working.
Inaugurate and maintain Portals, develop plan for sustained traffic flow for portal usage.
Define and track success measures for AI, digital, and business improvement initiatives, including adoption, productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, risk, or revenue-impact indicators where relevant.
Monitor implemented solutions, gather user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and support continuous refinement after deployment.
Prepare concise management updates on initiative status, outcomes, risks, next steps, and opportunities to scale successful use cases.
Engage stakeholders across business, Digital/IT, Finance, HR, Risk, and operations to build alignment, manage expectations, and drive delivery.
Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, support decisions, and manage implementation risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies.
Support change management and adoption by communicating clearly, securing user buy-in, and helping teams transition to new processes and tools.
Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in transformation, consulting, business improvement, digital transformation, analytics, product delivery, project management, or operational excellence.
Experience translating business needs into digital, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions, and working with Digital/IT teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners, is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to diagnose business issues clearly.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect AI, automation, and digital initiatives to practical business outcomes.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, use cases, delivery plans, and success measures.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments.
Hands‑on experience prototyping or configuring simple AI, automation, analytics, dashboard, workflow, or low‑code/no‑code solutions in a business context.
Ability to create simple proof‑of‑concepts, mock‑ups, automations, or functional prototypes to validate business use cases before full‑scale implementation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, low‑code/no‑code tools, workflow automation, or similar technologies is advantageous.
Not required to be a technical developer, but should understand the end‑to‑end product delivery lifecycle, from prototyping, MVP development, user testing, UAT, rollout, adoption, and post‑launch continuous improvement.
