Job summary

Amara Holdings, a Singapore-based group in hospitality and real estate, is launching a group-wide digital transformation to boost operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making through AI, data analytics and automation. We are seeking a commercially-minded Manager, AI & Business Transformation to lead cross-functional initiatives across hotels, retail and corporate functions.

This hands-on role bridges business, data and technology, identifying problems, designing improved workflows

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 5-10 years relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, digital transformation, BI, or technology consulting.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
• Proven experience delivering analytics, dashboarding, automation or AI projects.
• Practical hands-on experience using modern Generative AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Good understanding of databases, data structures and data integration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• AI, Data Analytics & BI: identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics and automation; develop dashboards and reports; use AI to identify trends and provide insights; explore predictive analytics.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement: partner with hotel ops, retail, finance and asset management; map processes; translate requirements; evaluate solutions; develop business cases.
• Project Management & Implementation: lead end-to-end digital and AI projects; manage stakeholders, vendors and timelines; conduct UAT, provide training and quantify benefits.
