Job summary

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Governance: Analyse and document requirements, establish plans, milestones, deliverables, and risk plans, manage scope and change control, monitor activities and schedules, ensure quality and compliance, conduct post-implementation evaluations.
• Project Execution & Delivery: Manage schedules, budget, resources, and quality; integrate hardware, software, applications, testing, and data conversion; track tasks; delegate with clear goals; manage resources and contracts; negotiate with vendors and customers.
• Leadership & Team Management: Define resources, conduct performance reviews, improve team performance, provide coaching, and communicate priorities to teams.
• Business Development & Pre-Sales Support: Identify opportunities for service expansion and liaise with Account Managers; participate in pre-sales activities.
