Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore invites a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to identify, mitigate, and report technology risk across Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services, ensuring controls operate effectively and in line with regulatory expectations.

You will partner with product owners, data officers, auditors, and regulators to deliver risk insights, promote AI-enabled risk management, and lead a diverse team through a dynamic risk landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field with regulatory focus.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with risk and controls workflows and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries and escalate when uncertain.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Data security, risk assessment & reporting, control evaluation and governance expertise.
• Ability to influence executive-level decisions and translate tech insights into business strategy.
• Preferred certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Use enterprise AI to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
• Build trusted partnerships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers.
• Execute governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements.
• Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Promote AI-assisted, reusable control testing with human review for auditability.
