Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services to identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks, aligning with regulatory standards.

You will guide technology-aligned process owners, ensuring controls operate effectively and meet audit expectations, while partnering with auditors, regulators, and product teams. You will drive reporting on technology risk posture, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to synthesize risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field with risk focus.
5+ years in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI to support risk/workflow processes.
Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries and ensure regulatory alignment.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions and translate tech insights into business strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage technology risk, focusing on root-cause analysis and remediation.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting.
Build trusted relationships with technologists, assessment teams, data officers, and governance functions.
Oversee reporting and governance of controls, issues, and measurements; provide insights to senior management.
Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to risk posture and compliance.
Promote reuse of AI-enabled control testing with human review for auditability.
