Job summary

Ackcio is seeking a hands-on finance professional to run AR, AP, accounting and management reporting as the sole finance lead. You will work directly with the CEO and COO, using AI to automate routine tasks and deliver clear numbers for margins and cash planning.

With 3–6 years of experience, you will own the books in Xero, manage multi-currency transactions (USD/SGD), and drive weekly cash and margin alerts while building SOPs and supporting investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting experience in a small to mid-size business.
• Experience closing books end-to-end with multi-currency transactions.
• Ability to structure finance processes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with GST/compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR, AP, month-end close and reporting.
• Restructure Xero to ensure trustworthy numbers.
• Oversee cash flow, forecasting and dashboards.
• Prepare management accounts and board packs.
• Handle payroll, GST, grant claims and annual audit.
• Write SOPs for all cash-in and cash-out steps.
