Job summary

You will drive generative discovery with agency teams to map how concepts become structured briefs and scalable workflows. You will synthesize unstructured data, create end-to-end process maps, define design principles, and guide the development of an AI-assisted tool.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in service design, UX research, or product discovery in ambiguous domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead generative research across agency teams to transform raw concepts into formal product requirements.
• Develop end-to-end process maps from initial client idea to final scope, identifying friction points.
• Analyze unstructured qualitative data to extract patterns and core user needs.
• Formulate design principles, functional requirements, and strategic recommendations for AI-assisted tools.
• Create and test low-fidelity interventions, workflow models, and early concepts.
• Design and run workshops to align stakeholders and test emerging solutions.
