Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd seeks a senior service design and UX research professional to bridge ambiguous business concepts with buildable digital product requirements. You will lead generative discovery with agency teams, map end-to-end processes, and extract actionable patterns from unstructured data to shape an AI-assisted tool's design and strategy.

You will facilitate workshops, synthesize inputs, and propose concrete requirements to guide solution development.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in service design, UX research, or product discovery within highly ambiguous domains.
• Proven ability to synthesize chaotic inputs into clear frameworks and actionable insights.
• Extensive experience analyzing operational workflows and service systems.
• High proficiency in workshop facilitation, problem framing, and stakeholder management.
• Autonomy and resilience on open-ended 0→1 initiatives with undefined deliverables.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI-assisted workflows and agentic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead generative research across agency teams to investigate how raw concepts transition into formal product requirements.
• Develop end-to-end process maps capturing the journey from idea to final scope, identifying friction points and information loss.
• Analyze complex, unstructured data to extract patterns, bottlenecks, and core user needs.
• Formulate design principles, functional requirements, and strategic recommendations to guide development of the future tool or agent.
• Create and test low-fidelity process interventions, workflow models, and early concepts to evaluate clarity and execution.
• Design and run interactive workshops to align stakeholders, frame challenges, and test emerging solutions.
