Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is seeking a seasoned service design/UX researcher to lead discovery efforts in digital product design. You will run discovery sessions with agency teams, map end-to-end processes, and translate insights into actionable design requirements for a new tool or agent.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in service design, UX research, or product discovery.
Strong generative research and synthesis skills.
Comfort designing for process and workflow problems, not only interfaces.
Confident workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently in exploratory 0→1 contexts.
Interest in AI-assisted tools or agents is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with agency teams to understand how they currently form ideas and define requirements for digital products.
Map end-to-end processes from idea to defined requirements and surface where teams struggle.
Identify patterns, friction points, and unmet needs across teams and distill insights.
Translate findings into design principles and requirements for a supporting tool or agent.
Prototype and test interventions to validate building clarity.
Facilitate workshops to frame problems and align stakeholders.
