Job summary

TECEZE in Singapore is seeking a Presales / Sales – Business Analyst to bridge sales and delivery for automation and AI solutions. The role involves running discovery calls, building demos, and translating client problems into compelling solution narratives to help close deals.

You will lead client meetings, craft ROI narratives, and support the sales cycle from qualification to handoff, collaborating with delivery and leadership to tailor pitches.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in presales, sales, or business analysis.
• Experience in process automation or enterprise software.
• Strong client-facing skills for senior stakeholders.
• Based in Singapore and able to meet clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, discovery calls, and solution demos
• Translate business requirements into presales collateral (proposals, use-case decks, ROI narratives)
• Support the sales cycle from qualification through proposal and handoff to delivery
• Build and customize demos on Power Platform / automation tools
• Work closely with delivery and leadership to shape client-specific pitches
• Track and report on pipeline activity and client engagement
