Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT management, application development, or technology leadership.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise web/portal development teams using low-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise business applications.
- Define architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
- Review solution designs for scalability, security, maintainability, and compliance.
- Support digital transformation by evaluating technologies and platforms.
- Provide governance for development, release management, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation of applications.
- Mentor developers and citizen developers, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee QA, testing strategies, and production readiness reviews.
- Drive AI adoption and governance across business functions.
