Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise and web applications. You will translate business needs into robust technical solutions and leverage AI-assisted development to boost productivity.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and developers to deliver secure, high-performance software, while maintaining strong validation and testing practices across CI/CD

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application software development.
• Knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline/experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development (vibe coding) tools.
• Experience with code validation practices (code reviews, static analysis, coding standards).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, attention to quality and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise and web applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while ensuring code quality.
• Contribute to and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, coding standards and performance requirements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially AI-driven engineering practices.
