Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a senior technology leader who has built and modernized enterprise applications and now applies that engineering foundation to AI-enabled products. You will lead the design and delivery of secure, reliable AI solutions that integrate with real business processes, data and technology estates.

This is an applied engineering role, not a research-science position. Success requires strong software architecture and delivery judgment, practical experience with modern AI capabilities,

Qualifications

• Typically 10-12 years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, platform engineering or related enterprise technology roles.
• Proven track record delivering production enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions in complex environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, distributed systems, testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution delivery from framing and feasibility through architecture, implementation, production release and continuous improvement.
• Design pragmatic architectures that connect AI with existing applications, data platforms and security controls.
• Guide hands-on engineers, set coding/testing standards and balance quality, cost and speed.
• Build production AI systems using agentic tools, RAG, function/tool calls and multi-agent workflows.
• Mentor engineers, influence standards and turn business needs into feasible technical roadmaps.
• Communicate options, risks and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
