Job summary

Grab, based at One North in Singapore, seeks an Illustrator to own production illustrations for its products. You will manage the end-to-end workflow from brief to asset delivery, ensuring a consistent visual language across assets. You will review AI-generated work and maintain high production standards while collaborating closely with design teams.

The role combines hands-on illustration with process improvement, focusing on scalable production and on-brand outcomes within the design function.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of production illustration showing composition and a consistent style.
• Experience shipping illustration for digital products across multiple asset types.
• Ability to judge brand fit, character, and craft, with clear explanations.
• Comfort with AI-assisted image generation as part of a production workflow.
• Experience partnering with product designers to turn briefs into production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine production illustrations for Grab products across main asset types.
• Define and maintain illustration standards to keep visual language consistent.
• Own end-to-end illustration production workflow: request, generation, review, delivery to asset library.
• Review generated assets against standards and provide clear feedback.
• Take over work that cannot be automated and deliver production-ready assets.
• Use results to improve guidance for generation and review over time.
• Collaborate with product designers to integrate illustrations into normal design work.
