Job summary

Big 3 Media PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven student or recent graduate to join our Singapore-based team as an AI-driven assets creator.

You will craft prompts to produce AI-generated visuals and assist in post-production with AI assets that support storytelling and presentation. You will gain hands-on experience in generative AI workflows, collaborate with designers and editors, and contribute to innovative projects across storyboards, motion graphics, and visual effects in a vibrant production

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Design, Animation, Film, Media, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Passionate about generative AI and eager to explore AI-powered creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated visual assets by crafting prompts and refining outputs for projects (storyboards, concept art, motion graphics, VFX, AI-generated or hybrid assets).
• Support post-production and animation teams with AI assets (AI animations, assets and edits).
• Perform basic video editing by assembling clips, testing sequences, and preparing rough cuts.
• Research, test, and evaluate latest AI models, creative tools, and workflows to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and producers to integrate AI solutions into projects.
• Develop and document AI workflows, prompt libraries, and best practices for the team.
• Stay up to date with trends in generative AI and digital content production.
• Other creative and production-related duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create AI-generated visual assets by crafting prompts and refining outputs for projects, ranging from storyboards, concept art, motion graphics, and visual effects to fully AI-generated or hybrid creative assets.
• Support the post-production and animation team by providing AI support to projects (e.g. AI animations, assets and edits)
• Perform basic video editing by assembling clips, testing visual sequences, and preparing rough cuts to support storytelling and creative presentations.
• Research, test, and evaluate the latest AI models, creative tools, and emerging workflows to improve production efficiency and creative quality.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and producers to integrate AI solutions into creative projects.
• Assist in developing and documenting AI workflows, prompt libraries, and best practices for the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in generative AI, creative technology, and digital content production.
• Other creative and production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Design, Animation, Film, Media, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital media formats, content production pipelines, and creative workflows.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Passionate about generative AI and eager to explore emerging AI-powered creative workflows.
• Curious and proactive with a strong willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual design, composition, and aesthetics.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to generate, refine, and enhance creative assets.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced creative team.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Singapore
• Able to commit full-time (Mon-Fri, 10AM - 7PM)
