Job summary

Secretlab in Singapore is seeking an exceptional post-production creative to elevate storytelling through editing, motion design and AI-assisted workflows. You will deliver hero launches, campaigns and marketing videos with AI-enhanced prototyping, while exploring new techniques to raise production quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with Creatives on the Production team to solve challenges, build reusable templates and push the boundaries of what's creatively possible.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in post-production, video editing or motion design.
• Exceptional editing skills with strong storytelling instincts and attention to pacing, rhythm and visual flow.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong motion graphics and compositing capabilities.
• Good understanding of colour grading workflows using DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within creative or post-production workflows.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition and cinematic language.
• Ability to rapidly prototype creative ideas through storyboards, mockups and concept videos.
• Comfortable learning and adopting emerging AI creative tools as part of your production workflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently explore and evaluate new creative approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
• Passionate about craft, continuous learning and raising the quality of your work.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and how video content is consumed across landscape, vertical and social-first formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver editing across hero launches, evergreen campaigns, product videos and strategic marketing content.
• Produce advanced motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, online finishing and visual effects that elevate production quality.
• Create AI-assisted production assets where they improve quality, speed or creative possibilities.
• Continuously explore new techniques that reduce production effort while maintaining or improving visual quality.
• Maintain a consistently high bar for storytelling, pacing, rhythm and overall creative execution.
• Develop storyboards, treatments, moodboards and presentation materials that support early creative exploration.
• Produce rapid concept videos, prototypes and visual mockups for stakeholder alignment before production begins.
• Translate creative direction into production-ready assets that accelerate execution.
• Collaborate closely with Production Leads to solve creative challenges throughout the production process.
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools and production techniques that improve how creative work is developed and delivered.
• Build reusable templates, workflows and production systems that benefit the wider Production team.
• Share practical learnings and new approaches with teammates as AI capabilities continue to evolve.
• Challenge existing workflows by identifying opportunities to create better work, faster and more efficiently.
