The role is hands-on, requiring mastery of generative AI tools, editing software, and a strong eye for brand-consistent output, licensing, and commercial readiness. You’ll translate briefs into compelling visuals and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in visual content creation with a commercial portfolio.
• Experience with generative AI tools for images and video.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and editing workflows.
• Strong sense of brand aesthetics and licensing awareness.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate briefs into concrete visuals.

Responsibilities

• Visual Production: Create commercial-grade images, product renderings, lifestyle visuals, and short-form videos using generative AI tools and editing software.
• Video & Motion: Produce short-form video, animated visuals, and motion graphics for social, web, and paid media.
• Brief Interpretation: Translate briefs into clear creative directions, mood boards, and style references.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity and quality standards across all assets; develop prompts and style guides.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow: Develop, test, and document prompts and workflows.
• Editing & Finishing: Use Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects to retouch and finalize assets.
• Commercial Compliance: Ensure outputs have proper licensing and usage rights.
• Iteration & Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Trend & Tool Monitoring: Stay current on new AI tools and capabilities.
