Job summary

ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior creative producer to bridge AI-generated assets with distinctive brand identities. You will craft original assets, retouch and adapt visuals, and ensure brand coherence across five entities while maintaining accessible, high-quality output.

You will collaborate with marketing, distribution and engineering to push the Studio's capabilities, iterate on prompts, and scale best practices for design and video across channels.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing finished craft and design thinking.
• 5+ years in creative production and digital product design.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with AI tool experience.
• Ability to translate brand concepts across formats and channels.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative assets and refine AI-generated outputs.
• Edit photography and video across placements and aspect ratios.
• Own Brand DNA for each entity and ensure consistency.
• Diagnose why generations miss targets and fix root causes.
• Build reference libraries, style frames, and exemplars.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and engineering teams.
• Improve information architecture and UI flows for the Studio.
