Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or related field.
- 4–8 years in software development, technical product management, digital transformation, or related area.
- Experience building business apps, automation workflows, or AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with external developers, vendors, or partners.
- Exposure to AI, workflow automation, or knowledge management tech for business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and evolve HAMERKOP's digital, AI, and automation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and knowledge management via technology.
- Translate business requirements into product specs and development priorities.
- Lead design, prototyping, and MVP development for AI-enabled solutions.
- Review technical designs and guide architecture choices with vendors and teams.
- Drive adoption of new tools and change management across the firm.
